During physical therapy for an embolism, the therapist was massaging my toes and she bent the big toe down to the base of my foot. It curled up and my aunt thought she had broken it and exrays were taken and they said it was arthitis. I had surgeory done on it a month or more later and that I had developed hammertoe in the other toes as well. Now i have a fused big toe and the other toes are without feeling. A week later the doctor said I had gout and gave me oxicodon, hydrocodon, indomethicin, and allapuranol. I had congested heart failure the next morning, when I woke up. Now I am doing well with a new valve. I still can't walk on the other foot and they will do more surgeory next week to remove a pin they could not pull out. Do I have a chance that I will ever be able to walk on that foot again? I had another foot doctor exray them last week and said there is nothing wrong with them now. It did not show signs of arthritis but most of people my age have arthitis at the base of their big toe. What if I have neopropthy, excusse me for bad spelling. What kind of releif can I ask the hospital who supplied the therapy be asked to provide?
