Heel pain helpI’m 44 and very active and in good shape. I power walk/hike 3 to 4 miles almost everyday. A couple of weeks ago, the heel pain started and I began to analize my situation. I could lose 10 or 12 pounds, but I have been much heavier in my life (pregnancy) and have always walked.
