Heel Pain

It started with the left foot about a year ago. 3 injections later, sleeping boot, stretching, walking cast, and then it started on the right foot.
Even at rest it hurts.
Feels like nails are hammered in the heel. I walk like my 78 year old mother (she might get around a bit better).
I wonder how to obtain something stronger for the pain.
