Pain in Heel - Especially in Morning?I have worked in standing jobs for quite some time. Retail, teaching etc. And when i was young I knew my feet werent great. Somewhat flat feet. If you have pain in the morning and you think it might be plantar fasciitis or want to find out try sleeping on your back with your feet against the wall or footboard. Toes up. This will keep your feet from folding up. If they feel better in the morning you probably have found your culprit.
