Heel Pain

I have been experiencing some heel pain for the last 5 or 6 months. I was concern and went to the doctors - and because I waited so long, the pain travel up my leg through my achilles tendon. It became painful to wear sneakers, walk, or to stand for certain length of time.
After the pain became constant, I had to wear this big boot, with very little improvement, and then I started wearing shoes with no back. With nothing rubbing against my achilla, I thought this would help. But the pain is in ...Read the full article
