I work in a hospital as a tech and injured my back over 3 years ago. During that time my feet started to really hurt. I couldnt figure out why, but it definitly kept getting worse. I could NOT step down when getting out of bed. It was so painful! I then had to see a Doctor not only for my back but for my feet as well.

Hi read your feet article. I too am suffering from the daily pain of plantar faciitis. Where do you buy Keens shoes and where can I get this Himalayan Goji juice? Is this for real that it helped you? Please write me back. Anniefoot01

I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for years. Started with my right foot then two years later went into my left. I have had several injections in both feet, wear special made insoles, wear New Balance shoes the real expensive ones. The best help that I have gotten is from a Chiropractor. He adjusts my ankles, said they were out of line and making my plantar flatten out instead of arching. I had alot of infection in my left foot so he did ultra sonic treatments on both feet and they are alot better. Now I have a muscle swelled in my left tarsal tunnel and probably will have to have surgery unless I can find another treatment for it.
