Re: plantar fasciitisJust some suggestions that helped me about ten years ago. Never get out of bed and place your feet on the floor until they are in shoes. Stay off ladders and other narrow ledges, such as the edge of your bathtub. Do not stand on your tiptoes to reach up. Wear good shoes and maybe invest in orthotics.
I was careful about these things and eventually my left foot felt great - for nine years. Unfortunately, I stopped wearing the orthotics after they wore out, and the pain came back and now it is quite excruciating. I would rather go back a year and spend the money than be in the pain I'm in now. Good luck to you.
