Heel Pain

I am 41 yrs old and live in South TX, I have heel spurs in both my feet. I am overweight about 80lbs and trying to loose. My feet are so bad I am in debilitating, severe pain every day now for several months. I have a doctors appt but not until the middle of Dec. My heel pain is so bad i cannot walk around my mobile home without holding on to the walls. I have tried heel arch supports and pain relieving gels nothing working. Plan on getting xrays on both heels, surgery if necessary.
