I was sent then by my doctor to an orthopedic who gave me a cortizone shot which did not touch the pain. I returned to him as the pain was still quite intense. Re: Simple, Natural Heel Pain Solutioncan you please email me at [moderator note: e-mail address has been removed] as I would like to know how to get rid of heel pain. I had pain on the inside of my left heel. I soaked my feet in hot water few times a day. Now my both feet are burning. I read on the forum to use ice and use Advil. So I am doing that, off grom heat. I am staying of walking also. I got the inserts for my shoes. It seems like the inflammation has become worst. Should I be seeing a Dr. I am just doing my home remedies. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Re: Simple, Natural Heel Pain SolutionMy podiatrist and physical therapist have both said that if it's inflamed, use ice and take an anti-inflammatory, like Advil or Motrin.

Re: Simple, Natural Heel Pain SolutionI read with great interest about the excercises which you found for plantar's fasciitis. I was a bit frustrated however, that you neither explained these excercises in detail, nor told how I could get ahold of the tape. I am thoroughly frustrated with the convention doctors' lack of ideas on its treatment beyond painful steroid shots which further weeken the fascia, or orthopedic shoes, which of course, do nothing to address the cause or to alleviate the real problem. Could you please tell me how to get details on these stretching excercises please?? I would be very grateful. THank you.
