heel pain throbbingI have a strange trobbing in my right heel. The feeling is inside the heel not outside. Also it is very hot, it feels like I have a fever, it is extremely hot and throbbing in the evening when trying to sleep. It bothers me less when I wear shoes. I purchased some DR. Scholls and that does not help. I have been told that is heel spurs. I would like to know if cortisone will correct the problem immediately, as it is becoming most uncomfortable.
Re: heel pain throbbingIt could be heel spurs but it also could be tarsal tunnel syndrome or posterior tibial dysfunction. Therefore, you need to see a podiatrist so you can be properly diagnosed before you receive any treatment.
