i was cleaning my floors on my hands and knees. when i raised up, i felt a burning feeling and i had a small knot on the side om my foot, by my heel. from there on out for 6 days i have not been able to stand any pressure on my heel at all. i also have swelling on the side of my foot by the knot. the swelling is on the inside of my foot between my ankle and the bottom of my foot and the pain in my heel is right in the middle on the bottom. could i have over extended my foot to cause this and if i did what is this called and what can i do to stop the pain in my heel

You may have ruptured a tendon in this area of the foot. You need to see a podiatrist for a thorough examination and diagnosis so the problem can be identified and properly treated.
