Heel Pain

I don't know what my condition is called but I do have have severe heel pain When I 1st get up in the morning, the pain in my right heel be so unbearable that I have 2 hold on to something and limp just 2 take the 1st few steps. The pain is just above my heel and right below my ankle. Lately, the pain has also been on the bottom of my foot just under my heel. After walking on it for so long then I be ok. If I lay down or sit to long, the pain will rear up again. Just above the heel of my right foot, it is painful to the touch. When I can run, after I finish running, my foot feels like it has just been run over by a car. I have bought plenty of different types of shoe inserts, (heel pain and arch supports) to no avail. My ankle dont hurt at all.
What could this be??

The fact that the pain is the worst after periods of inactivity and the bottom of the foot sounds like plantar fasciitis, but I'm not sure about the pain in the other part of your foot. It may be a fracture. I suggest looking into getting x-rays and/or seeing an orthopedic.

Thank you. The lower right side of my ankle feels very tender and hurt so bad. I am gonna go to the doctor and see what the problem is. Thanks once again.
