I walk for exercise up to 5 miles per day. I buy expesive shoes for walking. None of my shoes last for more than three months due to holes forming in the inside heel of each shoe. Can this be due to some misformation of my heels? Would some kind of ortho device help?
Has anyone else had this problem?
