i only have pain in a little area

Its the calcaneus area but on my right foot on my medial side...it had started in july...so i gat orthotics and took 9 weeks off...i come back and its still around...def not like before but when i stretch..im good..but...i dunno...my arch is sore which i know its still adaptin to the new orthotics but my calcaneus is mild pain..any body help??

Calcaneus fractures are hard to heal, so you might want to get an x ray to rule that out as well as a heel spur, good luck

its not a fracture...i can stand directly on it and move too...on my heel that is...my arch is still gettin acclamated to my orthotics...its weird

I say you have plantar faciitis. Get rid of that orthotic! I had two sets made and each one gave me more pain. Get a good pair of tennis shoes such as Addidas brand or buy a pair of Crocs shoes. I had surgery on both my feet over 13 months ago and still have the pain. This is a very difficult problem. Get the Crocs at Crocs.com Good luck

the orthotics have helped actually..its shaping my arch
