Greetings!
I have been told by a podiatrist in Texas that I have plantar fasciitis (PF) He recommended the following treatment:

stretches
physical therapy
custom orthotics for $795
3 shorts for each feet.

Are they the right treatment and the cost for orthotics is just very expensive. Can I order an online orthotics? Will the online orthotics have the same support for my PF or I have to cash out 795

I got some orthotics online because I couldn't afford the custom orthotics. They are called Prolab P3 orthotics. They are pretty hard, like the custom ones and have something at the heel that helps prevent arch collapse. Here's a link to the site I got them:
