I sometimes have a very sharp pain on the outer sides of my heels. It has happened in both of my heels. It does't occour everyday buy when it does it is very painful. It doesn't last longer than a minute. Can someone help me out with what this might be.

I believe that if the pain is very sharp and very sudden that it could be gout. Look it up on wikipedia and see if it fits!
