I have developed a very sensative area on the back of my R lower leg two or three inches above the heel. During the day it's fine but in the evening and all night long it seems to go into spasm...feels like someone is sticking a hot needle into the back of my ankle...it comes and goes almost like labour pains...the area is also sensative to the touch...can anyone help me
