unbearable pain

Post a new topicby Guest on Thu Jan 10, 2002 1:44 pm

I have sever pain in my heel all the time. when I walk it feels like everything in my foot is being pulled. I have to laugh because sometimes it makes me walk like grandpa McCoy. I have a dip on the back of my right leg just above my heel and below my calf. and I have noticed that it looks at if my ankle and oor foot is turning in. I was wondering if the only correction is surgery and if so to extint would it be. I stand all day at my job. Which really makes the PAIN unbearable.

There are many conservative treatments to try before surgery. These may include physical therapy and orthotics but it is important that you see a podiatrist and be properly diagnosed first. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
