Ingrown Toenails

On my big toe it has at the bottom arch like a bruse it looks like but it caused my nail to fall off. It happened to my big toe on one foot now it is happening to the other one. It looks like I stubbed it but I dont remember being in pain. I just wanted to know what it is and what should I do about it. Also I am sorry if I did not explain it good enough I dont know how to descrbe it very well!

If you run alot or wore tight shoes, they may have cause your nails too fall off. However, if these activities did not occur, you should see a podiatrist to be properly diagnosed to make sure everything is okay.
