reference to r response about removing part of nail. Would part grow back? If it does grow back would problem reoccur?

The nail can be allowed to grow back or the nail matrix can be burned chemically so it does not grow back. If the ingrown nail reoccurs, then the matrix is usually burned so a thinner nail grows back. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
