skin
i have two in-grown toenails on each big toe i can tell one is very infected or isn't as bad. On both feet skin looks like it has grown over nail. should i do? Can i do anything out going to a doctor?

No. You should see a podiatrist who will use streile instruments and get rid of the infection.
