I went on a 15 mile walk on Sunday a 17 mile walk on Monday, from my feet swelling my toes began to cram into front of my shoe. Today, Tuesday, my big toe on my right foot is still swollen a blister has med at base of nail, on cuticle. whole toe seems to be pussy bloody beneath toe bed. It is extremely painful. Can I do anything about ??
