Any Suggestions?My pain come on suddenly. I was working. My job consist of alot of lifting. I have been at my job for 20 years now. I waited for over a month before I went to a Dr. I have already recieved my 1st injection. Due to go back in 6 more days for another one. I feel just as if I have not even went to a Dr. I am so irratated because I was expecting to at least have alittle bit of relief. Of course I’m still having to work. Re: Any Suggestions?were you diagnosed with MN? If you are doing heavy lifting, it's possible you could have a protruding or bulged disc in your lower back which can cause pain/numbness in the foot/toes. I have experienced this at L5-S1 low back disc bulge. Currently deciding whether to have the MN surgery. Best wishes.
