All,
I hope I can gain guidance from you. I was diagnosed with MN about 2 months ago and have had two cortisone shots. The pain has not subsided AT ALL. In fact, it has become increasingly unbearable, and I now walk with my toes curled or on the side of my foot. My Dr. says that he wants to take a planned approach to therapy; cortisone first, orthotics second, and then (and ONLY if necessary), surgery.
