I went to a podiatrist because I had this terrible feeling like something was in my shoe,,at the ball of my foot. I had NO pain but it was the same feeling in both feet. He gave me 3 shots of cortisone,,,, both feet at different times,,,,and it didnt take it away,,,,then said I needed surgery, but I didnt want to because when I researched it on the internet,,,most people said it didnt work or was worse afterwards,,,,Has anyone had this feeling without the pain, and if so what did you do about it...Read the full article
