MN surgery good so far….

I am 39 years old and struggled with a MN on my right foot for 6 months. I tried steroids, NSAIDS, cortisone shots, etc.. Nothing helped. I have a great podiatrist in my hometown who has treated many MN’s and said let’s take it out. I of course agreed. (would have tried anything at this point)

Now that November has rolled around, how are you feeling? Any more problems now that surgery is long gone? Are you wearing heels again?
Im going in next week for a surg. consult with my podiatrist and Im nervous about it. I've had the cortizone shots and it looks like surgery is my last option. The pain is overwhelming at times, even wearing flat shoes all day. it feels better when i wear a wooden shoe but im 29 and not about to wear orthodic shoes for the rest of my life.
