Several months ago I started having severe pain in the ball of my foot. My foot Dr diagnosed it as stress fractures and put me in a ortho shoe for several weeks. He also told me to avoid future problems I needed to have my bunion removed and wear orthodics [orthotics]. I did both and still have severe pain. I just had an MRI and now am told I have Morton’s Neuroma and I need additional surgery. I’m wondering why they did the original surgery and never mentioned the neuroma
