I had a nickle sized lump on the inside of my left foot just behind the big toe joint. It got bigger and smaller depending on my activity levels. The more horseback riding I did and the more walking I did, the bigger it got. When I stopped riding due to the winter weather it got smaller. I went to a podietrist [podiatrist] and after x-rays and examination it was thought that I had a cyst there.
