the first time i got the pain to my toes i said what just happen. the pain was so awlful i could cry.im a male by the way.i droped to my knees and i made the worlds record for taking my shoe off to relive the pain.went to the foot doctor immediatly and got a shot within 4 days it clesred up and never got it again. i was one of the lucky ones.sometimes you have to have surgery to remove the nerve and go to therapy.but yea take care of it as soon as possible.you be glad you did.
