Still walking

I just wanted to update since my last comments back in March 2008. I have continued on with my Ultra Sonic Sound Therapy on my MN and I am pleased to say I am doing SO well. I am down to treatment once a week and although I still have some symptoms there is no comparison and the treatment takes only ten minutes. I am able to walk, wear most shoes and have not lost anytime from my life and work. What is sonic sound therapy? Also for those folks who have had surgery or are contemplating surgery, is it better to use a foot and ankle surgeon who is a podiatrist or an orthopedist surgeon that specializes in the foot:

IS THE ULTRASONIC SOUND TREATMENT DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR ULTRASOUND? I ASKED SOME PHYSICAL THERAPISTS ABOUT IT AND THEY ONLY KNOW OF THE REGULAR ULTRASOUND. THANKS
