I am 16 and a keen sportsman, usually training 3/4 times a week. Recently i have been having intense pain between my 3/4 metatarsal heads for a couple of days after training and have now had to cut down sports by half, training only twice a week. The pain is crippling without shoes on and is always worse after sports. The pain started about 2 months ago on a 5 day hike but i had never had it before then.

could i have Morton's Neuroma, or is a stress fracture/bruising more likely as it seems worse after sports?
