do i have morton's neuroma???

past two years I've had constant itch irritation on tom of my left foot it is located in one spot it does not spread- it feels deep inside. I had an MRI scan-nothing showed-I have high arches, when I walk I dont feel anything, only when I sit or lay down-when re is no pressure on my foot. please help!!!- thank .
