How to keep fit...?Hi!
I have been worse only for a few months, and have been forced to stop the fitness setup I've had before but have not yet found a new one replace it. What's your favorite sports, that are possible to do without aggravating the neuroma? Previosly, I've enjoyed dancing and astanga yoga, but surprisingly even the yoga seems problematic. Recently, the only thing has been biking but that starts to get a bit boring. Any ideas?
