MN & shoe inserts

I haven't been specifically diagnosed with MN, but all of the symptoms lead to MN in my right foot. I am training for a 1/2 marathon in a month and my MN flares up around mile 6. Has anyone had success with inserts specifically for MN? If so, would you please share where you got them, name of inserts?
