morton's neroma

Post a new topicby mamarose65 on Tue Jul 07, 2009 7:41 am

Not new but I am in such pain with Morton's neroma. My 2nd toe (Morton's Toe) is to blame for the condition. Now at 67- my feet hurt, tingle, burn etc even with lifts made by a podiatrist No shoe is comfortable and sleep is hard as my feet continue to burn! I have just medicare - but if surgery on both feet would help i would do it. Dr. told me that since my 2nd toe on each foot is so much longer than any of the others, that it was the toes that cause the nerve damage. Cannot have the toes gone!! Anyone with a similar Morton's toe pain??? Just do not know if surgery will help.
