Pain After Surgery

Post a new topicby Georgia on Thu Apr 10, 2008 5:16 pm

I had the surgery on the bottom of my foot. Yes the stinging pain is gone, however it left a dent in the area and I can only wear padded shoes. If I try to wear sandals, the pain is servere. It is like they took out the padding and left the bone to hit the floor. Any suggestions?

Other than wearing padded shoes or extra padded orthotics, there are some non-FDA products that can be injected into the area to bring back the pad underneath the knuckle. Please check IAFS which stands for International Aesthetic Foot Society (www.iafs.com) to search for a podiatrist near you and for more information.
