where in southeast to get cryogenic neuroablation

The closest to my house in B'ham, AL seems to be Dr. Katz in Tampa, FL or Dr. Trescot in Gainesville, FL. I have googled the subject to death and made many phone calls, and can't find anyone closer who does this procedure for Morton's Neuroma I am convinced that this is the way to go next for me since cortisone and orthotics don't work for me. Open surgery is offered to me next, but the cryogenic approach seems to be the next conservative step, in my opinion. Anyone found other docs in the southeast who do this procedure? Thanks. MH
