Onychomycosis

When my toenails became yellowed and thickened, I thought I must have a fungus infection I treated it with clotrimazole for months. Now the yellowing and thickening have dimished, but the skin under my toenails is turning white. I take warfarin and wonder if that has anything to do with it.
