[damsel in distress]

im distressed so much !1 year ago my toe nail started to pain while wearing shoes and swollen with foul smelling pus ,i consulted a surgeon and he told me that i needed a surgical nail removement so i had my both big toe nails removed ,it was painfull despite of the painkillers .It has been rarely 4,5 months but here i am again with the same pain and problem i cant wear closed shoes and my pretty nails are now a DISGRACE!frequent doctor appointments are expensive and being a student my schedules are tight.WHAT AM I TO DO :( !
