Need Name for a Problem - Big toe lower than outer toesHelp! I have a diagnosis from an orthopedist as having a Big toe (and attendant bones) which is lower than the outer toes. He prescribed an orthotic to lift the outer side of the front part of the foot so that all the toes would be level and would result in stabilizing the ankle. We didn't get a name for this condition. The orthotic that was made is impossible to use because it is too lumpy and we've had it adjusted 5 or 6 times so we're probably going to have to start over. However, we can't get very far without knowing the proper name for the condidtion. Can anyone help us?
