Plantar Warts

I have had a plantar wart on the bottom of my right heel for about 8 1/2 months now. It really hurts to walk on, and I have changed my foot pattern. Instead of walking heel to toe, I walk outside inside. It puts pressure on my legs and back, and I think I got it from playing hockey. I put a lot of pressure on my feet, and it hurts to go down steps and put shoes on.
