How can you tell the differents between a callous and a planter wart

Sometimes, it is very difficult to tell the two apart. However, a callus usually appears over a bony prominence. Also, a wart tends to bleed especially if a layer of the wart is shaved away. If it is still uncertain, a biospy can be taken and sent to pathology where an exact diagnosis will be determined.
