I dont think i have plantar warts I have had something has been boring me over f months. On both of my feet third toe has had a cluster of painful water like blisters. When I h my feet a tingles burns along w/terrible itching. I thought it alets foot when look closely can see more of it under skin so I keep bages on my toes, try not to touch m because I noticed one time I starting on my finger. I work w/my hs I have children, I think it might be contagious. can someone help me plaese??

You need to see a podiatrist. This may very well be athlete's foot or a wart. Both are contagious and can spread to other areas. However, it may be many other skin conditions that are not contagious. These include eczema and psoriasis. Therefore, go see a podiatrist so you can be diagnosed and no longer have to worry if you are contagious. It will be an tremendous ease to you to get a professional opinion rather than guessing and worrying.
