Plantar Warts

About 2 wks ago I hade back surgery. When I came home every thing was ok, then a couple of days went by and my left foot started bothering me and my leg was aching real bad (numb also) but I figure that is from surgery. I did have plantars warts removed from my left foot about a year and a half to two years ago. The pain is so bad that it wakes me up during the night and I feel like i have a ball under the pad of my foot, also noticed that my toe nails on both feet (big toe) seem to be pulling away from the tissue something I never had till after this surgery. I have had no pain or anything from my plantars wart site on the foot until after this surgery. Sometimes my feet get real cold then hot and the tip of my toes are real sensitive.My doctor put me on antibotics and sent me for a ultra sound on my leg to make sure it wasn't a blood clot. When I lay down at night I can't sleep my foot gets to hurting so bad , when I prop my self up it releives a little. Please advise, ThankYou
