I have a lump on top of my large toe on my left foot, it is very sore to touch and at times seems to increase in size. When this occur it is painful to put shoes on. Some say arthritis and others say calcium deposit, not sure which if either. Cannot wear shoes that cause pressure around top of 1st knuckle on toe as this is wear the lump is.
