In Dec. 2005 I slipped and dislocated my right elbow. My arm was put in a cast and when the cast was removed my hand, wrist and fingers were swollen almost twice their normal size. About the same time my husband died and I was very stressed. Came down with shingles and was diagnosed with RSD
