I won’t let RSD defeat meI am a 46 year old English teacher, former aerobics instructor, and body-builder. I had a mid-foot fusion in July of 2005, and by December of 2005, I was begining to walk on my own. I teach in a school that employs a snow clearing company who either never shovels or shovels poorly. I fell in a snow/ice mound in January; as a result, my fusion was ruined, and RSD began.
