Dear Donna, I have had RSD in my right hand arm also, since 1998.I found aquatherapy,
where you are not touched, but exercise in the pool 3 times a week beneficial. It helped
along with the meds.As years went by,I also found I occassionally found a little relief
from the pain and could do more, such as travel, which was unthinkable at the beginning.
I had to get a lawyer (on contingency) in order to get SSD.One judge turned me down.
The next judge believed me.It took five long years, but I wasn't going anywhere so I never
gave up.God Bless You,I wrote to tell you it got easier for me as time went on,I thank God
and all who prayed for me. kpain46
