Living with RSDI’m a nurse and I work in a nursing home I had a pt with Mrsa ans I was going to give her a breathing Treatment she become very combative and she scratched me in my upper RT. arm thus causing cellitis and positive for Mrsa I had to have area drained. Area healed but started having pain and numbness in fingers and arm.Went to neurologist said had RSD It is very painful taking Lyrica 3 times a day. I

Re: Living with RSDI too am a nurse who works in a nursing home. Although my injury is different than yours, I'm wondering if my career is over. I have been diagnosed with RSD in my right knee. I cannot stand or walk for more than 2 hours!!!
What are you doing to help control your symptoms?
