Re: rsd strugglesI am sorry to hear about your RSD health problems, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I have fallen on a regular basis it is my right knee that gives way and once it becomes unstable I have the falls and because of the falls the knee becomes more unstable, I have broken my left wrist x 2 due to falls. I know this is not what you want to hear, but it is important that when you are at a low just think that people have life threatening conditions and RSD is not. I know the pain can seem unbearable but it is important that you have a good nights rest and we are giving our bodies the chance to be as good as it can be the next day. Try to monitor and pace yourself though the day and maybe you will not feel in quite as much pain. I have had nerve blocks but these have been unsuccessful, I am now on a cocktail of drugs and these have be problematic, but I do now have a life. Just take a day at a time and enjoy the good days and I hope this helps you to come to terms with the condition and things will look brighter in time.
